South Jersey Amateur Radio Foundation is completely dependent on your contributions for our funding.
The South Jersey Amateur Radio Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the South Jersey Amateur Radio Foundation by U.S. taxpayers are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law under section 170 of the Code.
The South Jersey Amateur Radio Foundation welcomes donations of any amount to help us fund our projects.

The purposes of this corporation are charitable, scientific, educational, and public service each within the meaning of Section 50l(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or any corresponding provision(s) of any future United States internal revenue law, and under NJ Statute Title 14a Section 15A:2-l. In the context of these general purposes, the specific purposes for which the corporation is formed are to support, promote, and enhance technology, research, application, and education within the amateur radio community and to provide and promote resources for emergency public welfare communications using Amateur radio.
The South Jersey Radio Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3). Contributions to the South Jersey Radio Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
